Step 1 - Begin Your Custom Stone Journey
Complete our Estimate Request Form and share any project specifications, inspiration, or measurements you may have. If measurements aren’t available, our Template Specialists can visit your space and professionally capture everything for you.
Step 2 - Select Your Material
Explore our curated collection of premium natural stone through our Live Inventory or experience it in person at our showroom. Each slab is hand-selected from renowned sourcing regions including Brazil, Italy, India, Indonesia, and Cambodia—chosen for their beauty, character, and craftsmanship.
Step 3 - Receive Your Personalized Proposal
Once your material and design details are finalized, we’ll prepare a personalized project estimate based on your selected stone, measurements, and design specifications. Your proposal will be delivered by email, and a 70% deposit secures your project for fabrication.
Step 4 - On Site Laser Templating
Our team provides complimentary laser templating to ensure a precise, seamless fit for your project. Cabinets must be fully installed before your appointment, and clients should be present to confirm overhangs, cutouts, and final design details.
Step 5 - Digital 3D Design Layout
Using advanced Iris Scanner technology, we create a high-resolution 3D rendering of your project to ensure every detail is finalized before fabrication begins. Final approval, signed documentation, and your project deposit are required to move forward.
Step 6 - Fabrication & Production
Once approved, your project enters fabrication using precision CNC and BACA technology for exceptional accuracy and craftsmanship. To ensure a seamless production process, all sinks and faucets should be finalized prior to fabrication. Most projects are completed within 7–10 business days from templating to installation.
Final Step - Installation Day!
Your installation date will be confirmed by our scheduling team. To ensure a seamless experience, all sinks, faucets, and accessories should be on-site prior to installation, and clients should be available during the appointment.
