Start Your Custom Countertop Project with Austin Granite Direct

Whether you’re designing your dream kitchen, bathroom or overseeing a commercial build, we make the countertop process seamless from start to finish.

STEP 1:

Contact Us

Kick off your project by reaching out to us:

Share any project specifications and measurements if available.
Don’t have measurements? No problem! One of our Template Specialists can visit your site to measure everything for you.

STEP 2:

Select Your Material

Before you begin, browse our Live Inventory to view our available stone selections.

Choose your perfect surface from our showroom or online inventory:

  • Visit our Showroom (Insert address & map link) to view over 500+ slabs imported directly from Brazil, Italy, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, and more.
  • Reserve materials online easily through our Live Inventory page.

 We also offer exclusive slab selections you won’t find anywhere else locally, giving your project a distinctive edge.

STEP 3:

Receive Your Estimate

Once material and design details are selected, we’ll create a personalized estimate:

  • Required: material selection, square footage, cutout requirements, and any design notes.
  • Estimates are delivered via email.
  • A 70% deposit is required to move forward with fabrication and installation.

STEP 4:

On-Site Measurement Visit

We offer FREE laser templating to ensure a perfect fit: 

  • Cabinets must be fully installed and secured before this visit.
  • Customers must be present to confirm overhangs, cutouts, and final design decisions.

STEP 5:

3D Rendering & Production Scheduling

As part of our commitment to precision and client satisfaction, we also offer a 12K resolution 3D rendering of your project using our Iris Scanner. This service is included at no additional cost with the purchase of material from Austin Granite Direct’s slab inventory.

To proceed to production, we require:

    • Signed approval on final estimate
    • 70% deposit and signed Installation Contract
    • Any sinks/faucets required for fabrication (We also offer a wide selection of sinks and faucets)
We then add your project to our Production Schedule and begin work using state-of-the-art BACA machinery for unmatched speed and accuracy. Our typical turnaround time from measurement to installation is 7-10 business days. 

STEP 6:

Installation

Your installation date will be confirmed by our Schedule Coordinator via email.

To ensure a smooth installation day:

    • Have all sinks, faucets, and related tools on-site and ready.
    • Customers must be present at the time of installation
    • Our expert installers will bring your space to life with precision and professionalism.
